We wipe every device, and you get a Certificate of Data Destruction for each one — a straightforward paper trail showing exactly what was processed and when. We cover the cost of the service by refurbishing and reselling the hardware responsibly, so it works for both sides.
Nothing we collect ends up in landfill. We're a Microsoft-certified Third Party Refurbisher (TPR), which means devices that can be brought back into use are properly restored, tested, and fitted with genuine Microsoft software before they go anywhere. The ones that can't be resold are recycled through responsible channels — no burning, no burying.
