The server has adminmod installed, so if you want to change map simply enter the game console and type admin_vote_map <map name>

eg.
admin_vote_map dmc_dm2
admin_vote_map dmc_skull

You get the idea Smile

- do both players have to vote yes for it to count as a successful vote?

- can I change without starting a vote? (if opponent agrees!)

If using admin_mod_vote both player have to vote yes to change the map... or anyone with rcon can just change it from the console
