Hey all out there...
What about the ladder-project? We have a Duel server, that seems to offer quite stabel conditions...especially in the early evening and in the evening times!
So, why dont we start some nice duels?
only the weaponstay "off" setting has to be altered.. simon could u do that?

| how is this being worked? can you join both us & european ladders if you feel up to it? does weaponstay have to be turned on? :) i don't think i've ever played a real 1v1 with it on. i guess times change tho. |

I will join. But I would really like to only play on the US server.
And weaponstay must be off when I play.
Will there be a ladder for 2v2 and 3v3 ?

I would even rather play with weaponstay "off" ...but the actual rules on the ladder site says weaponstay "on"...so maybe we can think over it... post ur thoughts!!!
zooey.. im sure everybody can take part in every ladder..if u want to play the european ladder too, ur welcome...

If thats the rules then I guess I have no choice  (please not on DM6 though)
I signed up but I have not gotten any email so I can validate my acount. fix ? resend ?
And what bout the US server ? Is the baf usa server the one we would play on ?

The rules can be changed to what ever you guys like... what is currently there should be treated as sample data.
The biggest problem with starting league is that I dont have time to manage it on my own. I'm gonna need some help from time to time but hopefully once the ladder is configured it should be mostly self managed by the website.
Also if you can let me know what rules and ladders you want I'll set it up.
eg.
mp_weaponstay On or Off?
US + Euro ladders? or combined?
1v1, 2v2, 3v3 (and ctf when its ready)? |

unfortunately, I can't commit time to the ladder, especially issuing and accepting challenges as there's just no way I can know when i'll be on anymore... as Paul keeps taunting me: "the baby is crying" 
I'm interested to see what happens though so I'll try to keep an eye on it... will we have HLTV once it's running?
I may even be able to play a few matches at short notice but don't want to enter if i'm going to be penalised for declining challenges all the time! |

I think combining both us and euro would be OK. It is possible that I would accept a challenge and play on Euro servers.
And honostly Mr J. could prolly come to US servers and destroy me...hehe |

I can help you if you want it (I have a lot of free time) but you know my english is not good and it could be a big problem...
About rules
mp_weaponstay 0 or 1, I dont mind but maybe 0 would be funnier.
1 vs 1 cool
2 vs 2 cool
3 vs 3 cool
but think we must begin duelin 1 vs 1, maybe it would be less problematic.
Just want to say somethin, why don't we fight everybodyl vs everybody, I mean, like a real league, because some duels can be unequal and then the ladder won't show the real truth. For instance, player in top 3 is good like player in top 4, but player in top 3 has played more duels (and has won all of these duels) than player 4. It is so simple as that. Think that it will be hard, but...

mine dont. she,s to busy running a yahoo card playing league.
i can usually duel anytime,just give me a hour notice to warm up,i hate playing cold
i will help if theres something i can do tho i am not technically minded.

Ok, who really wants to start the ladder?
Actually we are:
1. UncleS
2. Trend (we should play in Pro Duel server, but if your ping is not good, just talk with your opponent about fighting in an american server, just play with us, mate )
3. zooey (still haven't played vs. you and I've heard very good things!)
4. Punisher (I know he wants to play NOW)
5. dirkst3r (you won't play cold )
6. Outsyda, just play when you be able...  let's have fun
7. Simon
8. Kill-Bill (i guess, tell us somethin mate)
9. Penetrator
If some of you can't play, just let us know it.
We must talk bout it with this guys:
10. Basketak
11. Eztiger (missed, where are you man? workin hard...)
12. Krell (where is he? is missed...)
13. nelio-elio (he use to play everyday, I will talk with him)
14. Mr J (I will talk with him)
15. Shadow (I will talk with her  )
16. Fireball (Punisher, Trend, zooey, anyone... tell him about it plz, i don't use to see him)
These 2 guys, Crypt and cytomic, who are you guys? tell us somethin...i've never seen them play.
