Just in case anyone else out there has the habit of clicking 'OK" to enter a game without reading the rules. This is what my Welcome screen has said since day one:
TO USE HOOK MOD:
1. Open the console
2. Type: BIND H +hook
3. Hit submit
RULES: No obscene language or names
CHAT PROTECTION: Face the wall
Server location NEWPORT BEACH, CALIFORNIA |

I called it earlier guys, she's a lamer.
Only time I've ever banned anyone was for racial slurs and possibly homophobic language if I'm having a bad day. edit: oh yeah and nade spammers. |

| her kids play there. She can make those rules. her daughter must be a spammer or some sort of lame though if I called them a 'filthy' name. |

grenade spammers teach u avoid succesfully the nades  . i hate them too but it is a part of the game, and quad too.sometimes there is nothing wrong with spamming, for example u know that the ra/quad will appear soon, u can keep ur enemies away from it. or if somebody is following u. And tell me somebody how the fuck a noob must know that is lame? They only know awp and m4a1. |

well.....I live in Huntington Beach...which is right next door to Newport...and I woudn't be surprised if Angelina ADDs as a bannable offense: Not Wearing a Polo shirt while fragging. and Cologne.

Ya know, I don't always agree with the way some servers are ran. But it is up to the person who is running the server to make their own rules. If you don't like the server, just don't play there.
This game is great and it has some very awesome people that play. What is the reason for chasing new and potentially good players away? I just don't get you guys sometimes!!!
I do agree that hagging in the sky on a hook server is just LAME. But if you are a good player you will learn to watch and follow the hook and kill them before the get to the hanging point. I learned how to play on a hook server because I am an old FREE-FALLER. But if you real want to learn how to move and gain skill,don't use the hook. You can play on a hook sever and not use it. And if ya win then you know you have a bit more skill then the person that did. Same goes with the quad. No one makes you grab it, you either choose to or not!! NOW, can we all just get along? Lets just keep the game going, before it dies altogether because of all the jerks that have to bitch about anything and nothing. Just give it a rest!! PLEASE |
