Point taken guys, i want it to be quite competitive too, so i will be monitoring ppl b4 i decide to let them join.

Just make sure to keep a close eye on who you let in like I said before
I wish you the best of luck with your clan, Remember that around 60% of clans fail within 3 months, 90% in 6 months, and less than 5% last a year 
This is usually because of things like poor recruiting or a lazy leader, not saying you are, just saying the most common reasons for some additional help on everything goto http://www.atomicwarrior.com/clubs/clanbible/index.html The site should help at least some on your quest to becoming a good clan leader
