errr well strictly speaking planetdmc is up...... just nobody can connect to it until kad fixes the dns settings.

In the mean time to help get things going again you can access the tournament from the link on the left ( DMC Tournaments) or by going to http://tournaments.dmc-central.com/

Thanks outz, you're a gentleman. I had about 5 really lucky frags... Also pings we're off quite a bit more than I'd prefer, I had 95 ping to his 147. Hopefully next week when I'm back east and can set up a "southeast" server maybe the playing field will be better for guys across the pond.

Also, I pun, I'm gonna withdrawl from the tourney. I hope it gets to a finish some day, good luck to everyone.

PS: the midwest server didn't allow dcdm5?? so we settled on ztm and dm2...

Maverick, belive me, I know how you feel; at least I think I do. Please know that everytime I fire up a game I recall & envision scruff, nacho, jon, and all the og guys trouncing all over me and prepare as best I can figure out.

It's frustrating to have a match gap like that but just so you know, jond is probably one of the 2 best dmc players in the entire freakin' world (no jond reply expected or requested, tks Wink

I know I feel that way too sometimes, especially after loosing to a wider margin that I think I should. Like anything, we all have good days and bad ones...

Anyways, please don't throw in the towel on DMC yet, maybe like me and a couple other guys, you'd rather let the pro's handle the 1 on 1's and be a contributor on some ffa games or teamplay =)

general skills are picked up from ffa anyway. I had like 2 years of it before i started dueling. And again, JonD is experienced i expect not that iv played him before but play anyone that knows what they are doing in a 1v1 and theres no chance. Its not only you that has a tough time everyone gets owned some times.. yes.. EVERYONE.

Iv watched MrJ loose 15 frags to minus 7 this summer and i lost a map 35 frags to 0 in the summer too. Thats what happens sometimes in duel. Sometimes one player in an equal skill game will be concentrating more and then splat it can be all over so quick and so painfully. =]

I think I have to delete siffi and EZ Tiger so I can give Jormis aka Pumpelienkeli an opponent, but that leaves a gap if I delete those 2 so I need to know who I can delete and if ONE more player wants to join to even things out, it might help me.

I still got 1 player (Zero Gravity) on waiting list.
