The forum software should now support gravatar's... although I havent tested it.
Gravatars can be enabled in your forum profile

I beleive the email address registered with Gravatar.com must match the one registered with dmc-central. If you need to edit the address registered with dmc-central it can be done here.
Then go into your forum profile and click 'refresh your postnuke profile' button.
